Financial Policy

It is our policy to collect payments for dental services as they are rendered. Some types of major treatment may require a deposit. For your convenience, we accept major credit cards and Interac.

Dental Insurance

We are happy to assist you with your dental insurance. Please be aware that dental insurance is really an arrangement between the patient and his/her dental insurance company. Dental benefits vary from company to company and from policy to policy. Most companies allow us to file claims electronically to allow prompt payment. For extensive dental treatment, we usually send prederminations to inform you of the level of compensation.

Appointments

Our office takes great pride in seeing patients on time. To ensure this level of service, we emphasize punctuality. Being late for an appointment inconveniences both our staff, and other patients who are on time.
If you cannot keep an appointment, kindly give us 48 hours notice, so that alternative arrangements can be made.

Emergencies

We strive to see dental emergencies on the same day. Existing patients should call the office for an appointment. For emergencies after hours, our answering service will provide you instructions.
