What is Dental Bonding?

Dental bonding is a cosmetic and restorative treatment used to repair chipped or discoloured teeth. During bonding, tooth-coloured material is fused to the natural tooth, after which it is formed, hardened, and polished to match the natural teeth around it.

Uses for Dental Bonding

Dental bonding material is used to restore the colour, symmetry, and shape of teeth. It also reduces gaps between teeth, repairs chips, and creates the appearance of more uniform teeth.

Dental bonding produces very natural looking results, closely matching the surrounding teeth.

The Bonding Process

The dental bonding process is minimally invasive and can be completed in one visit in most cases. You can expect the process to take about 30-40 minutes per tooth.
